Cancellation Policy:
Must cancel within 24 hours prior to arrival date, in order to avoid fee charges.
No Show Policy:
If No Show occurs, a one night stay fee will be charged.
Extra person Policy:
2 Extra persons are allowed per room with 2 double beds; charge is for $65.00 pesos per extra person.
Kids Policy:
Minors are considered when 10 years old and under, in case family consists in 2 adults and 3 children of 10 years, they will be charged for the equivalent of 1 adult.
Pets Policy:
No pets are allowed, sorry.
Oversold Policy:
In case the Hotel is oversold and cannot offer you the contracted service, to the client with a reservation from UNIVISIT, the Hotel by its own count will find adequate alternatives to supply the service contracted, that will meet or give better service than the original benefits contracted.
